Mauro Tutzo works from home and was excited to get new neighbors in the apartment next door. But before he could even introduce himself, he received an unexpected visitor on his balcony. A black-and-tan pup had hopped over the divider wall and was staring right through Mauro's glass sliding door.

Mauro invited the eager visitor inside, filled a toy with delicious treats, and let the sweet dog make himself right at home.
