When stretch therapist Sarah Mariano met her client, an avid soccer player named Hamza, in a Dubai park for a sunset mobility session, she expected a calm evening of bodywork. Instead, their peaceful workout mat quickly transformed into the ultimate neighborhood dog hangout. Just a few minutes in, a friendly dog bounded across the grass to investigate, quietly sniffing around before cozying up directly against Hamza's legs.
Moments later, another curious pup arrived, followed shortly by a third. As Mariano explained to The Dodo, the dogs seemed completely enchanted by the slow, gentle rhythm of the session. "I think they just really liked the calm energy and flow of the movement, and they probably felt how much our group loved dogs," she shared.
The puppy party took an unexpected turn when one bold visitor decided to mark his territory directly on Hamza. But rather than panic, the duo burst into laughter. The dog’s apologetic guardian hurried over with tissues to clean up, and Hamza insisted on keeping the session going because he was having so much fun with his new four-legged cheerleaders.
The dogs happily lounged with them until nightfall, making it an unforgettable outdoor session that Mariano described as a total dream come true.
