PPP Cameras expanded its bespoke pre-cut replacement leatherettes for vintage and digital Leica M and X bodies, accompanied by an M10 screen cover with integrated thumb rest.

UK-based restoration workshop PPP Cameras introduced an expanded selection of custom pre-cut replacement leatherettes on September 5, 2026, tailored for vintage and digital Leica bodies including the M2, M3, M6, MP, M240, and X1.

The adhesive-backed textured grips allow owners and camera repair technicians to replace peeling, chipped, or brittle original vulcanite without requiring harsh chemical solvents or specialized heat guns. Alongside the new leatherette colors, PPP Cameras introduced an updated M10/M10-P rear screen protector featuring an integrated CNC-machined thumb rest for improved one-handed handling stability.
