Apple releases watchOS 27.0.1 for Series 12 and Ultra 4 — fixes unexpected restarts

What Apple says it fixes
Apple’s release notes say the update provides bug fixes, including an issue where Apple Watch may restart unexpectedly. That matches the owner-reported unexpected reboots MacRumors documented earlier this week (panic logs pointing at a Neural Engine timeout). Apple still has not published a separate public acknowledgment of that Neural Engine diagnosis — only this .0.1 release note language.

- Series 12 and Ultra 4 only — older Apple Watch models are not included
