Apple published a new support document that clarifies how Apple Intelligence and Siri AI will be rate-limited — and that paid “increased access” is coming. That is a software/money delta separate from the iOS 27 September 14 launch timeline.
Features that may hit server-side limits

Apple says it will implement limits on these and other Apple Intelligence / Siri AI features “in the future.” If you hit a limit on a feature, that feature becomes unavailable for a timeout period before access returns.
