Dog Hops Balcony To Visit Neighbor Daily After Learning What He Does For A Living

When Mauro Tutzo noticed a new couple moving into the apartment next door, he was looking forward to having some company on the shared balcony while working from home. But before he could even introduce himself to the neighbors, their black-and-tan pup named Never made the first move by climbing right over the balcony divider to say hello. Standing right at Mauro's sliding glass door, the needy pup was looking for attention—and little did he know, he had hit the ultimate jackpot.
It turned out Mauro sells pet supplies, meaning his home office is filled with enrichment toys and delicious treats. Mauro gladly invited Never inside, treats in hand, and the sweet dog quickly made himself right at home for an afternoon of playing and napping. When Never's parents returned later that day, Mauro learned that the affectionate pup gets lonely while his humans work—making Mauro's apartment the ideal daily getaway.
Before long, Never's visits became a morning routine. Every day, Mauro would wake up to find Never waiting patiently at the glass door, ready to try out new pet gadgets—from soothing steam brushes that gave him mini spa days to chewable toothbrush toys. Never soaked up all the pets and cuddle time he could get before trotting back home when his owners returned.
The pair developed such a special bond that Mauro even found himself missing Never terribly whenever the dog's family went out of town. Now, their daily balcony meetups are the highlight of both their days, giving Never endless affection and treats while giving Mauro the best coworker he could ever ask for.
