Apple will report fiscal Q4 2026 results on November 2, John Ternus's first earnings call as CEO

Apple will report fiscal Q4 2026 results on November 2, John Ternus's first earnings call as CEO

The quarter ran from June 28 to September 26, so it includes about nine days of iPhone 18 Pro sales but no iPhone Duo. Here's when to listen and what Apple guided for.

Apple will release its fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results on Monday, November 2, according to an event listing on its investor relations site. The conference call starts at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET, which is 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, in Hong Kong and Taipei. MacRumors and 9to5Mac first spotted the update.

It will be John Ternus's first earnings call as Apple's chief executive. He took over from Tim Cook on September 1, with Cook moving to executive chairman, and CFO Kevan Parekh is expected to join him on the call.

When and where to listen

  • Results release: 1:30 p.m. PT on November 2, per MacRumors, or 5:30 a.m. HKT on November 3.
  • Conference call: 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET on November 2, or 6:00 a.m. HKT on November 3.
  • Stream: Apple carries the call live on its earnings call page.

US clocks fall back an hour on November 1, so this time Hong Kong will be 16 hours ahead of California rather than the 15 hours of the summer calls.

What the quarter covers

Apple's fiscal fourth quarter ran from June 28 to September 26, 2026. It includes:

  • iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max: On sale from September 18, giving the new iPhones about nine days in the quarter.
  • Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and AirPods 5: Launched the same day.
  • Mac mini and Mac Studio: The new models arrived September 22.

iPhone Duo isn't in these numbers. It launches October 23, which puts it in the December quarter. 9to5Mac also points out that the results will be the first full-quarter look at the price increases Apple made across much of its hardware lineup in late June, and that nine days of sales won't say much about iPhone 18 Pro demand on their own.

What Apple guided for

On its July 30 call, Parekh gave this outlook for the September quarter:

  • Revenue: Growth of 9 to 11 percent year over year. Against $102.5 billion a year earlier, that works out to about $111.7 billion to $113.7 billion.
  • iPhone: Revenue growth in the mid-teens percent, held back by foreign exchange and supply constraints.
  • Gross margin: 47 to 48 percent, including a benefit of about one percentage point from tariff refunds.
  • Operating expenses: $19.1 billion to $19.4 billion.

Parekh said foreign exchange would be a sequential headwind of about 2.5 percentage points and that supply constraints on iPhone, Mac, and iPad would increase significantly. Cook described memory pricing as a "100-year flood" on that call. For comparison, the June quarter brought in $109.4 billion, up 16 percent and a record for the period, including $54.3 billion from iPhone.

What to watch on November 2

  • iPhone 18 Pro: Whether executives say anything about early demand beyond the nine days in the quarter. Analysts have been upbeat, and Evercore recently raised its AAPL target on stronger iPhone 18 Pro demand.
  • Costs and supply: MacRumors expects executives could address memory pricing and supply constraints.
  • Holiday outlook: Guidance for the December quarter, the first to include iPhone Duo.
  • Ternus's priorities: His first answers to analysts as CEO.
