Apple raises Apple TV and Apple One Individual prices in the U.S.

Apple is raising the price of its Apple TV streaming service in the United States, while also increasing the cost of the Apple One Individual bundle. The changes took effect for new subscribers on August 28, 2026; existing subscribers will be notified before the higher price applies at their next billing cycle.

Apple TV now costs $14.99 per month, up from $12.99. The annual plan rises to $119, compared with $99 previously. Apple One Individual increases from $19.95 to $21.95 per month. Apple One Family and Premier pricing is unchanged in this update, according to reporting from 9to5Mac and AppleInsider.

The increase comes only weeks after Apple raised prices for Apple Music and some Apple One tiers. That makes this more than an isolated streaming adjustment for subscribers who use several Apple services, although the effect depends on which bundle they pay for.

Apple TV has a smaller catalog than Netflix and Disney+, so the higher price may be harder to justify for viewers who subscribe only for Apple’s shows and films. Apple’s service does offer original series, films, sports, and Friday Night Baseball, but the value calculation will vary by how often a subscriber watches.

The company has not announced a matching price change for every Apple One plan. Existing subscribers should check the notice Apple sends them rather than assuming the new price will apply immediately.
