Tesla says Cybercab will appear in four Asian cities this month, but the announcement points to public displays—not robotaxi service or customer deliveries.

Tesla has begun offering its steering-wheel-free Cybercab in limited parts of Austin after an invitation-only launch event. The rollout expands Tesla’s Robotaxi fleet, but does not yet establish a retail launch date or unrestricted public access.
